Introduction
This article describes all the possibilities you have while enabling the Client Portal to your club members. You can decide which functions you want to activate and which to omit, depending on your business model and preferences.
- This article shows all available settings you can use to enable the given functions to your club members on the Client Portal.
- This article is for PG Champion. Administrator, Club Manager and Club Owner.
Before you start
Ensure that you have access to the System Settings in the PGM system.
Feature description
Book tab
You can enable the following options:
- Classes
- Courses - this is an add-on visible to a specific scope of Contracts only!

- Personal Training
- Facility Booking - this is an add-on visible to a specific scope of Contracts only!
For more information, contact your Perfect Gym Account Manager.
You will find the Book tab under System Settings -> Client Portal -> Bookings
Shop tab
You can enable the following options:
- Shop - here you will find more information about this option.
- My Purchases
- Product Catalog - here you will find more information about this option.
You will find the Shop tab under System Settings -> Client Portal -> Products
My Bookings tab
This tab is connected and hard-coded together with the Book tab.
You are NOT able to disable this tab from the Client Portal view if you have enabled the Book tab before.
Account tab
You can enable the following options:
- Payments - under this tab, the club members will be able to pay for their Contract
You will find the Payments tab under System Settings -> Client Portal -> Payments -> Pay for contract
- Contract Details - under this tab, the club members will be able to see the contract details.
You will find Contract Details tab under System Settings -> Client Portal -> Payments -> Pay for contract
- My Purchases - under this tab, the club members will be able to see the purchased Products and the Product that they have already used. From this tab, they will be able to go directly to the Shop tab by clicking on the Buy a product button.
You will find My Purchases tab under System Settings -> Client Portal -> Product -> "My product screen" and "Possibility to buy a product"
- Friends and family - under this tab, the club members will be able to add family members or friends to their own account.
You will find the Friends and family tab under System Settings -> Client Portal -> Family and Friends
- Prepaid Account - under this tab, the club members will be able to pay by use of their prepaid accounts.
You will find the Prepaid Account tab under System Settings -> Client Portal -> Payments -> Charge prepaid account
- Payment Settings - under this tab, the club members will be able to modify and add a new payment method
You will find the Payment Settings tab under System Settings -> Client Portal -> Payments -> Changing contract payment method and Add new payment method
- Edit Profile - under this tab, the club members will be able to check and edit their personal information.
This tab is hard-coded and we you are NOT able to disable it from the Client Portal view.
However, you are able to block the possibility to edit personal information by members by use of the following settings:
- Documents - under this tab, the club members will be able to see: the Contract agreement, the Terms and conditions of your club, and every document that you have uploaded by the PGM system into their account.

Club Occupancy tab
You can enable the following option:
- Currently in clubs
You will find the Club Occupancy tab under System Settings -> Client Portal -> Other -> EnableClubOccupancy
Use Case
How to customize guest registration process in the Client Portal?
Contact the Perfect Gym Support Team and ask them to enable the ClientPortal.Registration.CreateGuestAccount setting. It has to be set to TRUE.
1. Go to the PGM -> Settings -> System settings.
2. Select the Guest data form from the menu on the left.
3. Tick the checkboxes with fields you want to display in the Client Portal.
