Introduction
This article demonstrates how to change the Product expiry date on the Member profile. It may be useful when you are dealing with a single club entry, a bundle of entries or the type of booking event, and want to change their validity date.
- This article will help you change the validity date of the Bundle of entries and a Single entry.
- This article is meant for PG Champion, Administrator, Club Manager and Owner and those, who are permitted to manage Products in the PGM.
Before you start
Check this article and make sure you know how to configure Products. Also, make sure you know how to create booking event and product bundle.
Instruction
1. Go to the PGM -> Sale -> Products
2. Search for the Product you want to edit.
- In case of the Bundle of Entries, use the following settings:

The most important is to set the usage time limitations. In case the count starts from the first usage, the product would need to be used at least once, as long as it is a bundle.
3. The product can be purchased either via POS or PGM through manual transaction.
4. Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club members.
5. Select the Member form the list and open their Profile.
6. Click on the Transaction tab and go the POS tab.
7. Select the Product you want to edit.
8. Click on the three dots icon on the right hand side.
9. Select the Purchase state from the menu.
10. Click on the Edit button.
11. In the Expiry date field, select the date from the calendar according to your preferences.
12. Click on the Edit button to confirm your choice.
