Introduction
This article will show you how to sell the Freeze Package to club members on POSweb application.
- In this article you will learn how to check the Freeze usage, which is the number of days included within a Freeze that have already been used by a given member.
- This article will be useful to Front Desk Staff, PG Champion, Administrator and Club Manager.
Before you start
Technically, the Freeze Package is a Freeze in form of Product Bundle. If you encounter any problems with the Freeze period, price or availability on Member Profile and you are a part of the Front Desk Staff, you need to contact your PG Champion or Club Administrator to follow the instructions in the Troubleshooting part of this article.
Instruction
How to sell Freeze Package?
1. If a member with the Freeze Package would like to freeze their contract, apply the freeze as usual in the PGM.
2. Edit that member's Contract and set up the Freeze as Active.
3. Once confirmed, the system will display the amount of ‘used’ Freeze days from the Package according to the freeze period selected.
4. To find out how many freeze days have been used up, go to the POSweb and open the member profile.
Troubleshooting
If you don't see the Freeze in form of Product Bundle displayed on the POSweb, go to this article and follow the instructions.
