Introduction
This article offers simple way to extend contract for free. It can be used for multiple reasons. Most common one is to retain club members by offering them free period which helps in decision making.
- This article is recommended to PG Champion, Administrator, Club Manager and Club Owner. It is also for all those club staff members who manage payment plans and contract discounts.
Instruction
This can be achieved by adding free payment plan or a freeze, but there are some limitations here. What can also be used is specific contract discount which is mentioned in this article.
1. Go to PGM -> Sale
2. Click on the Contract discounts button
3. Click on Add new contract discount type.
4. Set up the Discount extending the contract as in the screen below:
The most important part is to decide whether you want to extend by payment in interval which can be month, day are any other category available in payment plan configuration or a month.
If it is interval and the plan to be considered is upfront, then it will be extended by at least one entire duration period of the contract as there is only one payment interval which equals the contract's commitment period.
