Introduction
This article shows how to delete test user accounts from the PGM system. Usually, test accounts are created to find out how a given configuration of the PGM system will behave in the given circumstances. Having done the tests, when the outcome has been defined, it is a good practice to remove test user accounts to have reliable data in the system, in terms of number of active users, sales figures, access control and others.

Instruction
How to delete a guest account?
1. Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club members.
2. Find the account you want to delete and enter the Profile.
3. Click on the three dots icon on right hand side of the screen.
4. Click on the Delete button.
5. Confirm by clicking Yes in the pop-up window.
How to delete guest user, who is a payer of the other user's Contract?
Even if such guest user does not have any active contract assigned, they can still be listed as contract payer to other account. It will happen in case of Family relations.

If there is an existing relationship within which the test user is the Contract payer, you will need to delete the Contract of the linked member or delete the account entirely.
STEP 1
How to change the payment source of the linked Family member Contract?
1. Enter the given test user Profile.
2. Go to the Data tab.
3. Click on the Linked members.
4. Click on the three dots icon on right hand side next to the linked member.
5. Click Go to profile.
As you can see, the child's contract is assigned to the parent's payment source. It has to be changed in order to remove the relationship and to delete the parent account as a consequence.
6. Enter the Contract tab.
7. Click on the Edit button.
8. Proceed to the step with the payment method selection and switch from the current payer - Parent account - to the Contract owner, which in this case is a Child Test.
The payment source has been changed. Just to be sure, that all is correct, you can check if there is no Parent account linked to the Child's Profile. If there is none, you should be able to delete the Parent test account.
STEP 2
How to delete the Contract?
Without deleting the the Contract assigned to the account, you will not be able to delete that account.
1.Enter the Profile of the account you want to delete.
2. Enter the Contracts tab.
3. Click on the three dots icon.
4. Select Delete from the menu to delete the assigned Contract.
5. Type DELETE in capital letters.
6. Click on the Delete contract button. That's it. You're done!
Troubleshooting
Normally, there should not be any issue with Contract deletion, as there are no payment transactions attached to the Contract. However, it might occur that some test payments - manual in most of the times - have been performed. In such cases, the Contract cannot be removed right away.
Therefore, you need to remove the Transaction first.
When the payment transaction has been deleted, you should be to delete the Contract, and finally, to delete the test user account.
