Introduction
This article depicts the process of providing access to the Client Portal after data migration, during the Club Deployment Process. There are two ways to do it: either by the Forgot password option or by No password option.

How to proceed with the migrated member's password?
Method #1
Retrieving password by use of 'Forgot password?' option
1. During the first login, you have to enter your email address in the login field and click on the Forgot password button.
2. Create a new password. Follow the instructions from this article.
The club can notify members on how to log in after migration by sending them a Newsletter from the PGM system.
Method #2
Retrieving password by use of the 'No password' option
To be able to use this option, the Club has to be informed first to provide an Excel table with all member's numbers. Then, the Perfect Gym Technical Consultant will have a task to upload these data to the corresponding database.
1. After the migration to the Perfect Gym Manager system, the club has to generate an Excel table with all member's numbers. These numbers will stand for the initial members' passwords.
2. During the first login, you have to enter your email address in the Login field and member number in the Password field.
3. Then, you will be asked to change your initial Password to a unique one in the Client Portal.
The club can notify their members on how to log in after migration by sending them a Newsletter from the PGM system.
