Introduction
This article will show you what to do in case of problems with windows printer. If you are interested in installing the Windows printer you can find the information in the following article.

Instruction
1.Go to POS configuration.
2.Select Windows Printer from printer list.
3.Printer should be visible on the list. Otherwise check if printer is turned on and is visible in Windows ==> Printers & Scanners.
If printer is not working you need to check if computer is connected to the printer correctly.
1. Go to Printer & Scanner
2. Select Printer and open Queue.
3.Check status in Queue and cancel all documents that were listed previously.
4.Go to Properties and try to print the test page.
If test page did not print it is recommended to contact your local IT technician.
