How to define which re-activated members are exempt from being charged a joining fee again
- imagine you have a member that had a contract end on the 3rd of June 2022, and the contract doesn't auto-renew.
- Let's define within what time frame members' contracts that have been canceled are exempt from paying a joining fee using the setting "Contract.IsContractContinued.DaysDiff" = 30 days. If the setting is set to 30 days, then the member is exempt from paying a joining fee if they sign up for another contract within 30 days.
- Let's take a look at the new contract signed/started on the 2nd of July, on the 29th day of the Joining fee exemption, and take a further look at the charges applied for the new contract.
- Let's look over the member's previous transaction history to identify if a Joining fee had been charged on the Archived contract from Picture 1
