Introduction
GAT Relaxx is a software offered by Ganter that could be integrated into the PGM Access Control module, all to make locker management easy for you. Apart from displaying the occupancy and alarm status, it provides central functions such as automatic openings, statistical reporting, and remote control of lockers.
- This article describes the process of managing GAT Relaxx lockers.

Before you start
- Check if you have access to the computer with Access Server installed.
- Additionally, you need the password to the GAT Relaxx system in the club you wish to use it.
Without the access to the computer with Access server installed and without the correct password you will not be able to use the GAT Relaxx system.
Instruction
Where GAT Relaxx locker management panel is located?
1. GAT Relaxx application is located on the computer with the access server installed.
2. Go to the Start tab, which can be found in the top left corner of the GAT Relaxx application.
3. Under Organization, on the left side of the page, you will find the Folders divided into areas, i.e: male locker room and female locker room.
4. Select the desired area and check the number of the locker.
How to read the colours of lockers?
The GAT Relaxx application uses different colours to display the statuses of lockers. The use of different colours can help you to quickly understand the availability and status of an individual locker and enable you manage efficiently the locker usage.
The status of a locker can affect the actions you can take with that locker:
- Green - Open - it means that the locker is ready to use.
- Blue - Closed - it means that the locker is occupied.
- Red - Alarm - it means that the access to this locker is unauthorized.
- Grey - Unknown - i.e. when there is no communication with the locker or controller.
- Yellow - Blocked - it means that the locker is locked and blocked.
- Black - Disabled - it means that the locker is out of operation or not available.
- Purple - Not found.
Which actions can be taken on the lockers?
- Open locker - it opens a closed locker.
- Disable locker - it disables a locker which is out of usage.
- Cancel alarm - it is possible to use only when alarm has been triggered - it cancels the alarm, but the locker is not ready to use yet.
- Cancel alarm and enable locker - it works similarly to number three, but enables the locker to further usage.
- Set maintenance - you can select it when the locker will be out of usage for the maintenance.
- Get latest actions - it shows you a list of actions made on the locker. You can Copy that list to clipboard.
- Diagnostics - it shows more detailed information about the latest actions made on the locker.
