Introduction
This is the configuration guide for the Stripe transaction terminal. It will be helpful when connecting the terminal to the Perfect Gym POSweb application.
This integration only supports device model BBPOS WisePos E and may not be available in all countries. To check if this integration is available in your country and which card brands are supported check Stripe documentation.
Before you start
Make sure your merchant account is connected to the Perfect Gym Stripe account. Check here how to do that.
Instruction
Configuration of the terminal on the Stripe Dashboard
1. Log into the merchant account by entering the following address: https://dashboard.stripe.com/
2. Activate the terminal on the merchant Stripe dashboard by using the following address: https://dashboard.stripe.com/setup/terminal/activate
You need to have an Administrator account!
3. Add a new location for the terminal. Go to the Payments tab → Readers on the left side of the screen.
4. Select the created location and add the new reader.
5. To add the new device, generate a new pairing code on the terminal.
- Go to terminal Settings by swiping right from the left edge of the reader screen.
Administrator PIN is 07139.
- Reveal the Settings button on the device and generate pairing code.
- In the Registration code field, type it in the pairing code.
- Click Save.
When successfully added, the new device should appear on the list as online, which means connected.
6. Copy the reader ID and use it to configure POSweb application with the selected terminal.

Configuration of the Stripe terminal on PosWeb

Configure the POSweb settings by use of the previously configured reader.
Hints
Make sure the reader is configured for the proper location. Based on the selected location, a proper currency will be applied to the reader and the same currency must be provided in the POSweb application.
