Introduction
In this article, you will find a description of the Pro App functionality that allows trainers to add new personal training sessions with specific members.

How to create PT Session
Open Perfect Gym Pro application and click on the floating blue + button at the bottom of My Schedule tab.
The following screen appears.
Choosing Member
Choose a member you would like to schedule a new PT session for. Click on the blue Choose button which navigates you to the following view:
Initially, suggested members appear under the search bar. These are max 10 unique members with whom the trainer conducts training recently. Select the desired person using the displayed list or use the search bar. Members can be found using their:
- name,
- last name,
- phone number.
Remember, that search queries are only effective when there are more than two signs in the input, so, typing less than 3 characters will bring no result.
After entering the relevant requirements, you will see a list of member choices.
You will see a member panel which consists of the following member's:
- photo,
- remote ID,
- phone number,
- club they belong to.
After clicking on the suggestion, the view is dismissed and returns to the main PT Session sheet. The Member filed is filled with member data we chose, and the Club is filled automatically with the member's home club assigned to their account.
A blue info box appears, informing the user that the following steps will display data exclusively related to the selected club.
Changing selection/Choosing Club
You can always change after selection by clicking on the field we want to edit. After clicking on the selected club we will see:
All the clubs assigned to the company of the chosen member are listed here. You can always filter them by providing the Name of the club in the search bar.
Choosing training
The next field in the main PT Session sheet is Training. Click on the blue Choose Training button which will redirect you to the following screen.
All training types that you can perform as a trainer are listed here. They are also filtered by the training types that the chosen club allows to perform. You can also filter them by entering the Training name in the search bar.
Choosing date
Click Choose date under the Date field.
A list of available dates on which the trainer can conduct specific training will appear. Only the days that the trainer is available (not busy with another training), so there is no possibility of overlapping different trainings. Two weeks ahead dates are displayed.
Choosing time
Click Choose time under the Time field.
Here are the possible hours on the chosen day during which the trainer is available and can conduct personal training for the duration specified in the training type.
Entering a comment
The last field you can edit is the Comment Box. After clicking you'll be able to write decent comments.
It is a normal text field limited to 500 words, scrollable, in which 3 lines can be seen at once. The comment will be visible to the trainer only.
Confirming and adding PT Session
Click on the Add button to insert the changes.
When there are no errors, after a short moment and a refresh, this training should become visible in the app's schedule tab.
Any errors that occur during training session creation will be presented in the banner that slides from the top of the screen.
