Introduction
From this article you will learn about Personal Training feature in mobile application.
Mobile app shows only PT which can be booked with product available for user on mobile app. By product we mean single product i.e. if product needed to book PT is not visible but contained in bundle visible for client - PT will not be shown as available for booking because mobile app does not have data about bundle content.
Before you start
Remember that your club needs to offer Personal Trainings bookings via mobile application. This feature has to be configured first.
This article will help you with the process of setting up Personal Training in PGM.
Instruction
How to book personal training in Mobile App?
1. Tap on Trainings tab or Personal Trainings Tile as marked in image below (only available when feature configured in your club). This will navigate to personal trainings screen.
2. On Personal Trainings screen you will see list of booked personal trainings and button to book next ones. By clicking this button you will open trainer list screen.
3. On Trainers screen you can choose club in which you want to book personal training and the trainer you want to train with. After choosing trainer you will be redirected to trainer's calendar.
4. On Trainer's Calendar screen you will see when trainer has available time slots. This screen is similar to screen with classes list in club. However, unlike classes list screen when classes for all days visible in calendar are shown in this application shows only available slots for the chosen day on calendar on the top of the Availability tab.
Therefore, scrolling between days on slots list is impossible, you have to change date on the calendar. In the list item you can see:
- Club,
- Start Time
- Available Trainings durations.
By choosing slot you will be redirected to available training types screen.
On Training Types screen you can book the training you want:
- By clicking the Plus Button (1).
- Then you need to Confirm Booking (2).
- After booking is completed you will see the confirmation dialog with information about number of Sessions Left (3).
- When you do not have product needed to book desired training you will see the modal informing about that. When you click Buy Now button (4) you will be redirected to shopping screen when you will see product needed to book Desired Training (5).
When you have other activities overlapping booked personal training, then application will inform you about that. See articles linked below.
How to cancel personal training booking in mobile app?
- Go to personal trainings list as described in previous section.
- Click the 'x' button on the training you want to cancel and confirm your decision on popup.
