How Family booking works on Mobile App? – PerfectGym

Introduction

Family booking is a feature which allows class booking for a linked children directly from the Perfect Gym GO2 Mobile App. From this article you will learn how this feature works and how to do the booking.

Read this article to learn more on booking statuses, i.e. how to enroll on the waiting list in case the class has been fully booked.

Before you start

Your club has to use the Family & Friends module in the Client Portal for this feature to work. If this module is not available, please contact the Perfect Gym Support Team for more information.
You should have your Family member assigned to your account in the Client Portal. It is essential because the mobile app uses the Client Portal calendar for class booking.

Where to check booked classes for family members

You will see Booked Classes for children in two places:

On dashboard in the Upcoming classes section.
In the upcoming class tile you will see the names of children enrolled in the class.
On classes list in Classes tab.
On class tile you will see the names of children enrolled in the class.

How to book class for family member

Open the mobile app and tap on the Classes tab in the bottom bar
Choose class from list or tap the Plus button (like you would normally do).
When you tap Plus button, you will be redirected to Sign Up screen (described below), where you can manage bookings for the child. If you choose class from the list, you will be redirected to Class Details screen, where you can book class for yourself and cancel booking for yourself and enrolled child.
On Sign Up screen you will see the children with booking statuses. You can book class by tapping Plus button. And also you can cancel booking by tapping Cross button.
