Introduction
In PerfectGym GO2 Mobile App, class attendees are able to set up reminders to a class they have booked. From this article, you will learn how such reminders work and how to get successfully notified on the upcoming class. You may find this article useful when learning about the mobile app features and usage.
Before you start
For a reminder to work, the class has to be booked first, either in the mobile app, or in the Client Portal. Check this article to learn how to book classes in the mobile app.
Instruction
1. Open the mobile app, select the Profile tab, then tap Settings and Class reminders.
2. On the Class reminders screen, set the time of the reminder. You can select from various options - from 2 days before the class, up to 5 minutes to its start, or even at the time of the event.
3. Tap the Save button to confirm your choice and synchronize settings. These settings are synchronized among your devices.
At a specified time before the class, you will receive the reminder. Clicking on it will open the application.
For now class reminders are created localy in app. Data for these reminders is taken our backend. Therefore when you cancel class via CP2 or at the receptiion desk and don't open app after that, notification will appear because app hasn’t had a chance to refresh data.
