Introduction
To create an additional value on Contracts with PGM, you can give new members Start packages during their sign-up process in the club. This way, your clients can benefit from receiving dedicated products or services when joining the club. This also allows for increase on revenue and client retention from their very first day in the club.
This article will guide you in creating Start package consisting of a Welcome Training with Personal Trainer, who will introduce the facility and club rules to the new member. During this session, Personal Trainer can also analyze the member's needs and recommend an individual training path. Such actions can play key role in better club experience and member retention.

Instruction
The whole process consists of 3 steps. Watch these interactive videos to check the configuration on each steps.
STEP 1
How to create Start package with Welcome Training?
1. Go to the PGM -> Classes -> Personal training definitions.
2. Click Add personal training.
3. Add Personal training name.
4. Select personal training Category, Level and Duration.
5. Enter Price and select VAT rate.
6. Choose Trainer position, which will be related to this product.
It means that ONLY employees with this particular position will be able to conduct Welcome training sessions.
7. Assign clubs where Welcome Training will be available.
8. Click Save.
STEP 2
How to configure Start Package with Welcome Training in PGM?
1. Go to the PGM -> Sale -> Products.
2. Select the Personal Training Product you have created in STEP 1 and click on the pencil icon to edit it.
3. Tick Product is start package.
4. Select product availability for everyone.
5. Click Update.
STEP 3
How to add Welcome Training to the Member Profile in PGM during club sign-up?
1. Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Club members.
2. Click Add new member.
3. Add personal data, contact information and click Next.
4. Select Main contract, and click Next.
5. Select the Contract chosen by member.
6. Choose Starting package with Welcome Training and click Next.
Starting package has been added to the Member Profile.
7. Proceed with the member registration process by selecting Contract agreements and Payment method till you add the member to the system and collect the payment.
