Introduction
The purpose of products with time access is to track the time a given member or guest is spending in the club when using an entrance pass, associated with a given product. For example, you can create a product, that allows a one-hour pool entrance, track the time and assign penalties if the time is exceeded.

Before you start
- If you want to use this feature, contact the Technical Support Team and ask them to turn on these two settings for your database: StartCommand and StopCommand from ClubManager/PosWeb category.
It is important to make sure both are turned on or off at the same time. It may take up to 1h for settings values to refresh and work.

Instruction
1. Go to the PGM -> Sales -> Products.
2. Click on the Add a new product button and create a new Product according to your preferences.
3. Use these settings:
- Type - select Service.
- Store state for user - must be selected.
- Unit of measurement - select minute.
- Service type - must be selected, it may not be specified though.
- Time access - must be turned on and Max time in must be selected. Other fields are optional.
Mind that the product of settlement is designed to be an additional fee. If you don't set an empty frequency of charging and then select product for settlement it will charge a member or guest with the price of the product selected for settlement every time the selected time of selected frequency charge passes. If additional fee is defined, the product is superior to the additional fee and overrides it.
