Introduction
This article will show you how to use a Product with limited time access in the POSweb application. The purpose of this kind of Product is to track the time a given member or guest is spending in the club when using an entrance pass, associated with a given product. For example, you can create a Product, that allows a one-hour pool entrance, track the time and assign penalties if the time is exceeded.

Before you start
- Make sure the Product with limited time access has been correctly configured in the PGM. Go to this article for more information.
- If for exceeding the time limit the Penalty fee is to be calculated, make sure it has been correctly configured in the PGM. Go to this article for more information.
- Make sure the Product button has been added to the POSweb. Go to this article for more information.
Instruction
- Go to POSweb.
- Sell the given product to the member or guest.
- Open their Member profile.
- Go to the Products tab.
- You should see the Product with marked time usage and the Start button.
- Click on the Start button to start using the service. The time count will start at this moment.
- Click on the Stop button to stop using the service. The time count will stop at this moment.
- If the time is exceeded and you have previously set up penalties for exceeding the time limit, the state of exceeding together with the Settle button will be displayed. You will be redirected to the Cart tab with the penalty amount due.
Mind that the settlement is performed before the payment is made. So, after clicking on the Settle button the penalty will be settled immediately.
