Introduction
This is an article about the configuration of the Bixolon printer, and is dedicated to:
- The Technical Support department.
Before you start
We start by connecting the printer to the computer. If the drivers are installed, it is recommended to update them to those from the CD or this link

Instruction
Start with Installing the driver:
- Run the installer and click Next.
- Select USB (if you connect via USB) and click Next.
- Then click OK, and turn the printer off and on. The driver should update.
- Print a test page, if it comes out correctly it should print.
Then go to POSweb configuration:
- In the PosWeb configuration, select TicketPrinter, and select the appropriate printer from the list.
- Save changes with a Device Integrator restart.
Complete the setup by setting your printing preferences:
- Turn on the Control Panel, go to Devices and Printers, and find the connected Bixolon printer.
- Select Printer preferences and in the Layout tab set the Paper Size to 80x270mm (unless the customer wants a different one).
