Step-by-Step Instructions
There are two main ways to schedule a price. Follow the path that matches your goal.
Path A: How to Schedule a Global List Price
Use this path to set the default price for the product across all clubs that do not have a specific override.
In the Price Management modal, ensure the List Price tab is selected.
Click the Schedule new price button.
A new form will appear. In the Gross Price field, enter the new list price for the product. This field is required.
In the Valid From field, select the date when this price will become active. This field is also required.
Click the Save button.
The system will save the price, and a success notification "List price was successfully scheduled." will appear. The form will automatically close.
The new price will appear in the schedule grid below, marked with a Future tag if the date is in the future.
Path B: How to Schedule a Club-Specific Price
Use this path to override the global List Price for one or more specific clubs.
In the Price Management modal, click the Price Per Club tab.
You will see a grid listing all clubs and their current prices.
If a club uses the global list price, the grid will display "List price applies".
If it has an override, it will show the specific price.
Find the club you want to modify and click the navigation_right_2 (arrow) button in its row.
The view will change to show the price schedule details for the selected club. The club's current price is displayed at the top.
Click the Schedule new price button.
A new form will appear. A note "list price will not affect club prices" will be visible, confirming this is an override.
In the Gross Price field, enter the new club-specific price. This field is required.
In the Valid From field, select the date when this price will become active. This field is also required.
Click the Save button.
The system saves the price, and a success notification "Price per club was successfully scheduled." will appear. The form will close.
The new price will appear in the club's schedule grid below, marked with a Future , Current , or Expired tag.
To return to the main club list, click the List of clubs button.
Path C: How to Delete a Scheduled Price
You can delete any price that is not already in the past (i.e., Current or Future prices).
Navigate to either the List Price tab or the specific club's Price Per Club view.
In the grid of scheduled prices, find the price you wish to remove. You can only delete prices that are not expired ($row.IsPast === false).
Click the clear (delete) icon in that row.
A confirmation prompt will appear asking, "Do you want to delete this club product price?".
Confirm the deletion.
A "Successfully deleted" notification will appear, and the grid will refresh.
Hints
Canceling Actions: If you click the Cancel button on the "Schedule new price" form, the form will close, and any data entered in the Gross Price and Valid From fields will be cleared.
Tab Switching: Switching between the List Price and Price Per Club tabs will also automatically close the "Schedule new price" form and clear its fields.
Price Status: The schedule grid clearly identifies the status of all prices:
Future: The price is scheduled for a future date.
Current: This is the currently active price.
Expired: The price was active in the past and is no longer valid.
Quick Navigation: From the Price Per Club list, you can click the expand_6_alternate (open in new tab) icon next to a club's name to open its club-specific product page in a new browser tab.
