Extended Shift Closing Operation in POSWeb
Closing the shift in POSWeb has been enhanced with additional fields. These improvements make it easier to detect cash discrepancies quickly and allow adding required comments directly to the Endpoint’s register report. Learn more.
Okta SSO for Employees in PGM, POS and Client Portal.
We have introduced a new Single Sign-On (SSO) integration with Okta, offering an alternative to Azure SSO. This update strengthens security, improves efficiency, and simplifies access to PGM, POSWeb, and the Client Portal, delivering a smoother user experience for employees. Read more.
PerfectGym Manager accessibility updates – WCAG 2.2
We’ve taken another step toward full alignment with WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards. These updates enhance usability in PerfectGym Manager system, providing a more inclusive experience for users with disabilities. Learn more.
Skip class prompt optimization
We fixed the behavior of the skip prompt and now it should appear based on an additional class within the contract interval and not on calendar week.

Lump Sum Transactions Refunds
When an employee contract is backdated and canceled, the PGM system now automatically generates a Refund Request Batch. This includes all associated overpaid transactions and their prorated amounts, covering both main and additional synchronized contracts. Learn more.
Clash check for same zone extension
We’ve enhanced the clash check function to flag booking conflicts in the same personal training zone, helping to prevent scheduling errors. Learn more.

Adjusted display of partial 'Unsettled Payments'
The visual presentation of partial unsettled payments has been refined, making outstanding amounts easier to identify and manage.
Improved UI for system permissions in PGM
Managing system permissions in PGM is now more intuitive. The redesigned interface lets you create, edit, delete, and copy employee roles in one streamlined view. Learn more.
