Bulk debt collection updates in Support Tools
We have introduced a new bulk action feature in Support Tools to make managing outstanding member debt easier. The Change Debt Collection Stage tool allows PGM users to efficiently update the debt collection status for multiple members in a single operation. This bulk update feature is ideal for managing large groups, ensuring consistent application of your configured debt collection processes and notifications. Learn more.
