Introduction
POSweb status is a basic visual information visible on the POSweb. I reflects the current status of a specific member in terms of:
- Contract transactions
- POS transactions
- Membership status
- Other statuses
The POSweb statuses can appear as green, red, or yellow.

Contract transactions

Payment issued |
Balance is correct - individual client. All payments have been issued and no debt occurs. This setting may still be green based on allowable days in debt setting for POSWeb. Please contact support using the Get Support module for more information about this setting. |

Payment issued | Balance is correct - corporate client. All payments have been issued and no debt occurs. |
|
|
Payment in progress | Negative balance - individual client. Contract transaction is in progress. |
|
|
Payment in progress | Negative balance - corporate client. Contract transaction is in progress. |
|
|
Missing payment | Negative balance with no access to the club. |
|
|
Missing payment | Negative balance with access to the club. |
POS transactions

Shopping | POS balance is correct. All POS transactions have been issued. |

Shopping | POS balance is negative. Missing POS payment. |
Membership status

Active contract | Contract is active and balance is correct. |

Inactive contract | Contract has expired. |
|
|
Not started | Contract start date is in the future. |
|

Freeze | Contract is active but it has been frozen. |
|

Guest | There is no contract on this account. User is a guest. |
|
|
Guest | Guest with Benefit Multisport card. |
Other statuses
| Icon | Status | Description |

|
Limited visits | Contract with limited number of visits. Member has a certain number of visits to use. |
|
|
Limited visits | Contract with limited visits. No visits left. |
|
|
One day pass | User has a free pass card. Each pass card allows entering the club despite any other refusal reason. |
|
|
No access | Access to the club is not allowed. Access to this club is excluded by the Access rule connected to the Payment Plan. |
|
|
Hours | Access to this club outside of a certain period of time is excluded by the Access rule connected to the Payment Plan. |
|
|
Access for a Friend | Additional option that allows a Friend to enter the club has expired. |
|
|
Blocking note | Access to the club has been denied by the Blocking note. |
|
|
Pending approval | Client’s document has not been approved yet. Contract is waiting for approval. |
|
|
Missing biometric approval | The client has not approved biometric data yet. Identity verification required. |
|
|
Fingerprint removal | After clicking this icon, saved fingerprint will be removed. |
|
|
Fingerprint addition | This icon adds new fingerprint. Click on it and then ask your member to scan the fingerprint on the reader. |
