Introduction
PerfectGym allow flagging members. A specific flag can be assigned to a member depending on their tastes, preferences, behavior, or the information recorded in their contracts. For this purpose, you can use the Flag function.

Instruction
How to add flags?
1. Go to the PGM-> Settings -> Dictionaries
2. From the drop-down list please choose "Client Flags"
3. Press Add value
4. Fill in the data
- In Key field please add text. text is only visible in the below tab
- In Value add a color type in HTML format. To find HTML color you can use this website.
- In Translations add translations for additional languages
To add a flag to a user’s profile and display it in the POSweb application:
1. Go to POSweb -> Access Control section and select the "Information" icon.
2. Go to the "Important" section
3. Click "Edit"
4. Select color of the flag
5. Press ‘Save’.
All flags added to a user’s profile will be displayed on the left side of the panel below the full name of the selected user.
