Introduction
This article describes how to anonymize the Member Profile data in Perfect Gym Manager. While doing this, please remember, that the details of invoices issued for this member will not change. Anonymizing member's data means that the data will be replaced by asterisks in the Member Profile.

Before you start
- To anonymize the member's data, please check if you have the right employee permission set in the system:

Instruction
Please remember, that this process cannot be undone! The data will be permanently overwritten! You can remove the blockade from the Account, but the Personal Data will be replaced by asterisks.
Here's the data you can anonymize:
- Name and Surname
- Address (street)
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Personal Identification Number / PESEL
- Address second line
- Birthdate
- Document number
Anonymization of a club member's data can be done at the earliest 6 months after the end date of their last contract.
How to anonymize a single member's data?
1. Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club members
2. Select the member from the list and enter their Profile.
3. Click on the Data tab.
4. Click on the ••• icon and select Anonymize.
5. You will be asked to enter the word DELETE to confirm that you want to continue the process.
6. Click on the Anonymize button. This action cannot be undone. Please be sure that you want to add these changes to the Member profile!
Also, this member will not be able to log into the Client portal.
