Introduction
This article will show you how to change a member's password. The password will allow the club member to log into the Client Portal.
- This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Administrator, Club Manager, Club Owner and the Front Desk Staff.
Instruction
How to change Member's password?
1. Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club members.
2. Select a Member from the list and open their Profile.
3. Go to the Data tab.
4. Click on the three dots icon in the upper right corner of the page.
5. Select Member's password from the list.
6. A pop-up window will open.
7. Enter a new password.
8. Click on the Save button.
