Introduction
Club members have the ability to cancel their bookings. To identify the reason why they are cancelling their booking, you can force your club members to choose a cancellation reason.

Instruction
How to create a new facility booking cancellation reason?
- Go to the PGM -> Classes-> Facility booking cancel reasons.
- Click on Add new cancel reason on the top right hand corner of the screen.
- In the pop up screen enter in the required information to create the new cancel reason
- Name - Add a unique name for the facility booking cancel reason.
- Is Active - Can the reason be used anywhere (PGM, Client Portal).
- Is Visible on CP2 - Can this cancel reason be used on Client Portal, if unticked it can only be used on PGM.
- Press Save to create the cancel reason
How to edit/delete facility booking cancellation reason?
- To edit an existing cancel reason press Edit to the right of the cancel reason
- You can change the name of the cancel reason (note. this will update all previous cancellations with this reason).
- You can make the cancel reason active or inactive by ticking the Is Active tick box. If this is unticked, the cancellation reason will not be visible and cant be used.
- You can tick or untick Is visible on CP2. This will change the settings
Hints
- You cannot delete a cancel reason, just make it inactive.
- A pop up will be displayed asking the employee/club member to select a cancel reason.
