Introduction
This article explains how to create a product for facility booking. It allows a club member to purchase products for future use. This feature allows you to book a whole facility or only a slot within the facility.

This article will show you step by step configuration of creating a service product for facility booking in PGM.

This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Club Owner, Sales team and System Administrator.
Before you start
You will need access to create product, this can be found in PGM->Clubs->System Permissions.
Instruction
Go to PGM->Sale->Products.
Press Add products to create a new product.
A new pop-up window will appear. Choose Services and click on Next.
Name - create a name for the product, this field must be unique.
Description - create a longer description for the product.
Category - assign the service into a category. This is used for selected reports.
To add new category click Add category button.
To modify a category, go to PGM->Sale->Product Categories.
Units - the values for facility booking products need to be set as Piece
Service Type - Select Not Specified for all facility booking related products, this will allow the product to be used within the facility booking module.
List price - this is the default price of the product.
If you wish to have different product prices per club, Go to PGM->Clubs->List of clubs press the ●●● and select Club Product Price Lists.
GROSS/NET - select if the tax is included or not in the sell price.

GROSS - Tax included in price.

NET - Tax is NOT included in the price and will be added at the time of sale.
Allow price modification on POS - If this is ticked, then any employee processing the sale on POSWeb can manually override the price. If unticked then the employee cannot override the price.
VAT - select from the dropdown list a fixed tax. This is used for regions where a single tax rate is applied to a product.
Other taxes - if your region uses multiple tax rates, select the taxes applicable here.

Cost - the amount of money that is required to provide the service
This is a cost price of the product, used for reporting purposes only.
Clubs – open a dropdown list and click the checkboxes next to the clubs where you want to make the product available.
Applications – open a dropdown list and click the checkboxes next to the apps in which you want to make the product available
Click the checkbox next to Select all future clubs if you want the product to be available in future clubs or leave it blank.
Available for - select who can buy the product.

Everyone - any club member or guest can buy the product.

Members with active contract - only club members with an active contract can buy the product (if member is on freeze or not started, they will not be able to buy the product).

Specific payment plans - same as 'For members with active contract', but only for selected payment plans where the club member has an active contract.

During registration - product only available during the registration process - used with Starter product.

Specific Tags - select Client Tags. Learn more.

Users without contracts - only guests can buy this product.
Store State - this will show the number of products available to use your clients. For service type it's ticked by default.
Products limitations
Product is a contract starter pack - if this is turned on, then the product can be used as a starter pack.
Product can be purchased only one time – if this is turned on, then the product cannot be used more than one time on the same member account.
Set product expiration date – if this is turned on, then you have to set the expiration date of the product (if you want to set time for the product to be used by the client)
Product with Access to specified zones – if it’s turned on, you can allow your members to access the zone, they don’t have an access to.

Below you will find information about additional options available during service product creation.
Product is a contract starter pack
Tick the checkboxes next to the option you would like to add to the product:

Available only to the new members (during registration)

Added automatically to each new contract
Set product expiration date
Expiration based on:

Purchase date

First usage date

Current contract start date
Product with Access to specified zones
From the dropdown list click the checkboxes next to the zones you want to give access to.
Time-limited access - if it’s turned on, more options to configure will appear.
Instruction for creating a bundle
If creating a bundle (e.g. 10 pack tennis court), you will need to create an individual product first, use the instructions above as you will need to link an individual product to the bundle.
Press Add products to create a new product, Choose Bundle and click on Next.
Sell as individual products – turn this on to change the way the bundle is applied to the club member profile; this will treat the bundle as individual products. More information can be found here.
Press Add another good or service button, this will open a new pop-up window to choose the product from the dropdown list, then click Add.
Under the Quantity column press +/- button to increase/decrease the number of products that you want to add to the bundle.
