Introduction
This article will guide you on the set up of daily availability within the facility booking definitions.
Daily availability will restrict the use of the facility booking rule to only be used between a date range. This can be useful for pricing within certain peak periods such as school holidays.
Within the facility booking definition, go down to the option Daily availability.
Creating new limitations
Click on the drop down menu and press Create new limitations.
Name - Select a unique name for this daily availability
The rule can be applied to multiple facility booking definitions and rules.
Availability periods - Set the date range this facility booking rule can be used.
From / To - From date and to date. The dates cannot overlap another period.
Add period - To create a new entry on this table, press Add period.
Excluded periods - Set the date/date range this where this facility booking rule cannot be used.
From / To - From date and to date. The dates cannot overlap another period.
Add period - To create a new entry on this table, press Add period.
Editing existing limitations
To edit an existing daily availability, press Edit on a rule that is using that daily availability.
This will affect all rules using this availability.
To delete an existing daily availability, press Delete on a rule that is using that daily availability.
This will affect all rules using this availability.
