How to add cancellation delivery method

Introduction

This article will guide you on how to create new options for delivery method when cancelling a contract on the Member profile.

Instruction

How to add Cancellation delivery methods?

1. In the search box, next to the "Add" button, choose a relevant dictionary, in this case: Cancellation delivery method.
2. Click "Add" to add a reason.
3. Enter Key and Value. 
4. Click "Save" to confirm.

When cancelling a contract, you will see these new options under delivery method.
