This article is for Australian and New Zealand clients (including clients in other countries supported by our Australian Office).
This article will provide the various steps required for ordering hardware / consumables through Perfect Gym, including but not limited to, rfid bands/fobs, barcoded membership cards, receipt printers, barcode scanners, rfid POS readers.
Process
1 - Requesting a quote
- Send an email to orders@perfectgym.com.au
- Provide the details of what hardware/consumables you require, including the quantity of each
- Provide any special requests (E.g. separate quotes for centres)
- For PerfectGym Access Control a technician will contact you to discuss your requirements in detail.
- Provide artwork (logo, branding colours, etc. in a high resolution format) if ordering for the first time, or changing branding
- Quote will be sent via email for approval
Quotes will take up to 5 business days to prepare

2 - Placing an order
- To place an order, please email your request to orders@perfectgym.com.au, an invoice will be sent via email for payment
- Once payment is received your order will proceed to processing, please email remittance to orders@perfectgym.com.au
- If you have an account, to place an order, please email your purchase order with a clear purchase order number to orders@perfectgym.com.au
Invoices will take up to 5 business days to prepare
3 - Processing an order
- Upon receiving a purchase order/payment, Perfect Gym will process the order
- An email will be sent providing confirmation that your order is being processed
- If an item is out of stock, you will be offered an alternative product or advised of the estimated time of arrival of the specific item
For custom branded consumable items, artwork must be provided. A proof will be sent for approval before the order moves to production.
Production lead time for consumable items is approximately 6 - 8 weeks for delivery.
Production lead time for peripheral hardware items is approximately 3 - 5 days.
Access Control implementations will have a project timeline established with our hardware technicians.
4 - Receiving an order
- Your order will be sent to you via courier and a tracking link will be provided to you via email

- If you need to follow up on the progress of an order and the date has surpassed 6 weeks from the processing date, please request an update through the orders@perfectgym.com.au email
- Minimum order quantity for RFID tags, barcode cards/tags - 500
- Minimum order quantity for wristbands - 300 per size
