Set up booking limitations
To restrict how often a member can book a facility, configure the Booking limitations section within the facility booking definition.
- Navigate to PGM / Classes / Facility booking definitions.
- Click Edit on an existing rule, or click Add facility booking to create a new one.
- Scroll down to the Booking limitations section.
- Choose one of the available limitation options described below.
Available limitation options
| Option | How to configure for a once-per-period limit |
|---|---|
| Limit reservations per day | Set the limit to 1. The member can then make only one booking per day on this rule. |
| Limit reservations per X weeks | Set the number of reservations to 1 and specify the number of weeks. This prevents the member from booking more than once during that weekly timeframe. |
| Limit reservations per X months | Set the number of reservations to 1 and specify the number of months. This restricts bookings on a monthly basis. |
| Shared limit | Use the drop-down list to assign a previously created shared limitation. Use this option when the once-per-period restriction should apply across multiple different facility booking rules simultaneously. |
Slot-based zones
If the zone is configured to be booked by slots rather than as a whole zone, you can also enforce that a member occupies only one slot at a time. Set the Maximum number of slots per booking to 1.
