Introduction
This article will show you what to do if the DeviceIntegrator has stopped working and you see the following message:
DeviceIntegrator service is not available. Access to the service has been denied. Your profile has to be verified, before you can proceed.
Instruction
1. Log into the DI with your PerfectGym system credentials: login and password.
2. Click the "Verify" button.
If this doesn't help, please contact the Perfect Gym Support Team and provide them with the following information:
- name of the club you represent
- which computer the problem occurs on - the Support Team will need your Team Viewer number and password. If you don't know how to provide it, check this article.
- logs from today. If you don't know how to download logs, check this article.
How to manually update DI?
1. Turn off the DI
- Enter Services in the search field, or right-click on the Start menu, or in the Taskbar -> Task Manager.
- Go to Services and search for the DeviceIntegratorService.
- Right-click on the Turn off button.
2. Go to: C:\ProgramData\Creadhoc\PerfectGym\updates (on the computer, where the DI is installed and you want to make an update to) and open the file (the one, which is not compressed).
3. Open data file and copy all container from this file.
4. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\PerfectGym\DeviceIntegrator and paste the copied file.
5. The system will ask "if you want to change the files". Accept it.
6. After that, restart DI.
- Enter Services in the search field, or right-click on the Start menu, or in the Taskbar -> Task Manager.
- Go to Services and search for the DeviceIntegratorService.
- Right-click on the Restart button.
