Perfect Gym Ecosystem - Technical Requirements

Introduction

This article provides information on minimum technical requirements indispensable for the Perfect Gym software to operate seamlessly in your club. They have been divided according to the roles various computer stations perform. You will also find here the list of supported browsers and mobile devices. 

Read the description and make sure, you provide the right software and hardware on the stations running the PGM and other applications. 

Feature description

1. PerfectGym System can be used with the following type of hardware and software:

• Reception computers (POS) - computers used for daily operations, i.e. sales, or class bookings.
  • Minimum requirements:
    • Procesor: two-core processor with 2 Ghz
    • RAM memory: 8 GB
    • Graphic card: integrated
    • Operating system: Windows 10 / Windows 11 (64-bit)
    • Hard drive: 5 GB of free space
    • Internet: minimum 2 Mbit/s
    • Additional equipment: keyboard, mouse or touchscreen
• Access control server - computer responsible for connection with external devices, e.g. turnstiles. 
  • Minimum requirements:
    • Procesor: two-core processor with 2 Ghz
    • RAM memory: 16 GB
    • Graphic card: integrated
    • Operating system: Windows 10 / Windows 11 / Windows Server 2016 -2019 (64-bit)
    • Hard drive: 1 GB of free space
    • Internet: minimum 2 Mbit/s
• Management computer - computers for management of the club, i.e. used for financial analysis, or reporting. 
  • Minimum requirements:
    • Procesor: two-core processor with 2 Ghz
    • RAM memory: 4 GB (for 32-bit) / 8 GB (for 64-bit)
    • Graphic card: integrated
    • Operating system: Windows 10 / Windows 11
    • Hard drive: 1 GB of free space
    • Internet: minimum 2 Mbit/s
    • Web browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox – require auto-update to the newest version (see also the list of supported browsers)
    • Reporting tools: Microsoft Office 2007 or LibreOffice
