Introduction
This is a guide on how to transfer a club member from one course into another in the client portal.
Before you start
You must have access to the course module, please contact sales for more information.
Instruction
Find the class the club member wants to transfer into.
To the right of the club member name, is the Transfer here button which will allow that club member to transfer into that course from a different course.
The group selection screen will display which group/s the club member is currently enrolled into, if there is more than one group then all relevant groups will be displayed. Press Next to continue.
The summary screen will appear, detailing what course they are transferring from, and which course they are transferring into. Press Confirm transfer to complete this task.
A summary screen will appear confirming the transfer.
Skip Function
When a student is transferring to a new lesson within the same week as their current lesson, depending on the day they are transferring, there might be the situation of attending two lessons within one week. See below different scenarios of when the skip function appears:
Scenario 1:
A student has completed their lesson this week (Monday). The parent can choose to attend an additional lesson this week (Thursday), or skip this lesson and commence the new lesson next week (Thursday).
Scenario 2:
A student has not completed their lesson this week (Thursday). The child will be moved to the new lesson next Monday and removed from this Thursday.
Scenario 3:
A student has completed their lesson this week (Monday). The new lesson is not within 7 days of the current lesson (not transferring to a lesson later in the current week). The new lesson commences next week (Tuesday).

- These restrictions will prevent a club member from transferring into a new course if they are transferring from the same level or have transferred too many times within the same level.
