How to set up the Discount for Members with valid Concession Cards only?
Mind that this is a Custom attribute-based Condition. You would need to add it first to your database before the configuration.
- Go to the PGM->Classes->Enrollment rules.
- Go to the Discounts tab.
- Click on the Add a new discount type button.
- Complete the window with details about the Discount - see the screen below.
- Check if the Concession Card is valid and if the expiration date is greater than or equal to the enrollment date.
- For the date, use a fixed date value or enter the enrollment date.
- Click Save.
How to test if the configuration is working?
- Go to the Group view.
- Add a new member.
- From the Members list, select e.g. a student with a concession card. The member has a concession card (custom attribute) configured like the below.
You can use this type of condition with every other user's custom attribute.
4. Check if the Discount is available in the enrollment process.
If it's the only discount available for the user it will be automatically preselected.
5. Enroll the student into the group and check if the discount has been applied.
