Introduction
This article is designed to fix the issue where a member is enrolled into a group, they have future dated classes however no charges for those classes are on their contract.
This will not fix up classes in the past.
Before you start
This method is only for courses using the cost per class method.
Instruction
Search for the club member in PGM->Classes->Timetable.
Select the class they are in.
On the Members enrolled to group tab find the member, press the three dots next to their name and select Sign out from classes.
If you are on Members signed for class, this will only sign out of the current class only.
Press the tick box to the left of the date field, this will select all future classes to cancel, press Submit.
If you are using the Automation Centre event User has canceled class, this will be triggered.
Select Custom refund, then Money or product, ensure Ignore the refund limit is ticked, then press Submit.
This will cancel all the classes the club member is enrolled in, any links to previous transactions will be removed.
On the class screen, press the three dots next to the club member name and press the new option Restore booking.
This option will only appear if the club member has cancelled any future classes.
Press the tick box to the left of the date field, this will select all future classes to restore, press Submit.
On the club member profile, new charge lines will appear and connected to the classes listed below.
Hints
If your group model is cost per interval (where enrolment rule has $0.00 cost and the cost is only on the payment plan), recalculation of contract will fix this issue.
