Introduction
Members can download and print their Certificate after completing a level in the Courses module. This feature is available in the Client Portal, offering a convenient way for those who wish to have a physical copy of their achievement.

Before you start
For the skills certificate option to show on the client portal, the ActivityUserLevelCertificate.rdlc needs to be added to your File Store. Raise a case in our get support module and request Perfect Gym's generic template RDLC file. For custom changes, please contact PG sales team for options, as this is an additionally paid service.
This feature is available starting from R.93 system version.
Instruction
If you want to print the Certificate, follow the steps below.
- Log in to the Client Portal.
- Go to Account and select Skills.
- Click on the Completed Level with all acquired skills.
- Press the Download Certificate button.
The certificate will be downloaded as a PDF document and will include the following information:
- Level completed
- Skills achieved at that level with date and time.
- Club details: name, location, and logo.
