Introduction
This article will take you through how to restore a booking to a club member after they have signed out of a single class or multiple classes.
The club member must be a group member. If you are trying to restore booking of a casual member, please sign them back into the class as if its a new sign in.
Before you start
You must have access to the course module, please contact sales for more information.
Instruction
To restore a booking to a club member for a future class or multiple future classes, go to the class in PGM->Classes->Timetable.
You cannot restore the booking of a club member where the class is in the past.
Select the additional options next to the club member's name and press Restore bookings.
To the left of the individual classes, press the tick box to select the class to restore the booking of the class, or press the tick box to the left of the header Date to select all classes to restore the booking of all classes. Press Submit to continue.
This will generate new contract transactions on the club member's profile if using the Cost per class model.
