Introduction
This article will take you through on how to sign out a member out of a single class or multiple classes using the timetable.
Before you start
You must have access to the course module, please contract sales for more information.
Instruction
To sign out a member from a future class or multiple future classes, go to the class in PGM->Classes->Timetable.
Select the additional options next to the club member name and press Sign out from classes.
To the left of each individual class, press the tick box to select the class to cancel the attendance for that class, or press the tick box to the left of the header Date to select all classes to cancel attendance. Press Submit to continue.
This will not cancel a club member from the course, please use Modify enrollment to cancel a club member from the group.
After pressing submit, you have the option of using the Standard refund set in the enrollment rules. If you know the refund rule set in the system select this option, if you are unsure then select Custom Refund. If you untick Ignore refund limits this will use the refund limits rules set in enrollment rules. For more information about the enrollment rules please look here.
Selecting custom refund will allow you to choose your refund option.
- Return money if paid – This will delete the transaction from the contract as the class booking is directly linked to the transaction. If the club member has paid for this class, then this will apply to a future transaction. If club member has not paid, then they do not owe anything. Note: This will not refund the money back to the club member. If the member booked with a product, this product will be returned to them to use another time.
- Make up product – This will keep the contract transaction on the contract, however, add a POS transaction of a product to be used on another class. This is booked as an individual class.
- No return – This will leave the contract transaction on the contract.
Once you press submit, the club member will be removed from the class/classes.
