Direct Debits
It is highly recommended to do a trial run of the next direct debit as soon as you can for your next billing date, check both highest and lowest amounts on club members for any odd amounts. More information on direct debits can be found here.
If you do automated generation and acceptance of billings, please ensure they are set up when you are open. More information can be found here.
If you have not used automatic generation before, please contact support using the get support module in PGM as additional set up is required.
Proof of vaccination requirements before entry
If your local regulations include requirements to check for proof of vaccination before entry, the following steps can be used to help control this information.
- Creation of a mass blocking note. This will prevent all entry into your facilities until the note is archived by an employee. To do this please follow the guide here.
- Marking that the club member has shown proof of vaccination, this can be done in the newly created custom attributes created on your system. More information can be found here.
