Introduction
Listed below are the guides on how to set up your POS screen layout for a single club.
If you are setting up multiple clubs and want all to have the same layout, follow this instruction to set up the main club layout, then use our quick panel option to set up the rest of the clubs.
Adding a Product to POS Layout
This guide assumes the product has already been added to the System and a Warehouse state exists
In PGM, click on Clubs > List of Clubs
Click on the ●●● next to the appropriate club and select Panels.
To set up your categories, Press Insert
Give your category a Name, Description, Colour and press Insert
Click the P button next to the applicable category you wish to add products to.
To enter a new product, click on one of the grey squares (if starting from scratch, nothing will be populated here)
To search for a product, you can either filter by Product Category, or search all products in the product drop down list. Press the button colour and press Save to insert the products in the POS Layout.
If you are selecting multiple products on here, it will create all those products in that order on the POS layout from left to right, then will proceed to the next row.
Anything greyed out here is already on this POS layout and cannot be re-entered on this screen.
You can edit existing products on here to change their colour or delete the products.
In some cases, products listed here may not appear on the POS layout, depending on restrictions on POS. Examples of this include not being available at the gym, member logged in not having access to this particular product, or product only available to a guest.
How to change the panel order
In PGM, click on Clubs > List of Clubs
Click on the ●●● next to the appropriate club and select Panels.
1. Click on the arrows on the right of the panels. This will allow you to re-order the panels on POS layout.
How to create a Quick panel
This is designed for multiple location clubs where you want to have one standard layout for all clubs.
Using the instructions above to create your POS layouts to sit on your main club, all you need to do to copy to the other clubs is as follows:
In PGM, click on Clubs > List of Clubs
Click on the ●●● next to the appropriate club and select Quick buttons.
To set up your categories, Press Insert
Now follow the following settings:
- Select the Button type as panel button.
- Panel is the name of the panel you created earlier, what is in the brackets is the club name.
- Select the colour you want to label.
- Press Save.
This will add the panel to the list, just continue doing this process for all panels and clubs.
