In Perfect Gym, there are default templates of documents for most common operations:
Contract documents (Application Form) - created after adding a new contract, gathered in PGM: Client Account -> Contract Tab ->More -> Contract Documents.
Invoice - which you may find here: PGM-> Finances-> Invoices, created manually or automatically after chosen transaction/ transactions.
Receipt - printed on POSweb Station, printed after payment proceeded through the POSweb, if the printer is connected and integrated.
By use of these templates, the system automatically fills in the club member data and produces the document in need (RDLC Files).

Contract document created, whenever you are adding new contract for your Member. It applies to all types of contracts: main, additional or course type.
in PGM on Client Account ( Contract Tab -> More -> Contract Documents) for every type of contract,
in POSWeb on Client Account in Agreement documents Tab, where you may generate the agreement and save it for the client in User documents,
in PGM on Client Account in Data Tab -> User Files after documents were generated in POSWeb,
in Client Portal in Account Tab -> Documents after documents were generated in POSWeb or added to UserFiles with choosing the option" Is available for client",
it may be sent directly to the customer with using Automation Centre notification: User account has been accepted and Contract has been signed (if you chose this option),
