Introduction
This article describes the B2B Portal member registration process. When registering a new club member with the B2B Portal, there might be several additional steps to be taken. You might also find some missing details that you need to add to the PGM. Otherwise, the registration process fails.
- This article will help you complete the process of registering a club member using the corporate offer and issuing him/her a card.
- This article is intended for the Front Desk staff and those who assist the corporate customers while joining the club with B2B Portal.
B2B portal is not available for Australia and New Zealand.
Instruction
During the first visit to the club, to activate a club member, verify the club member's data entered into the system with their ID card.
Club members' data registered in the B2B Portal will also be displayed in the PGM system and POSweb application.
How to activate B2B Portal users?
1. Go to the POSweb and open the reception panel.
2. In the search field, enter the club member's name.
3. Tick the All checkbox and search for the club member.
You can also search by using the member's ID number. This is useful in case of an error in the member's data, i.e. spelling mistake in their name. If a member has previously had an individual Contract for a natural person, search them by their user number.
If the club member cannot be found, ask them to reach out to their company contact person and confirm that they have been activated in the program and that their details (name and surname) was entered without errors.
Hints
In case you have obtained any additional information directly from the club member, go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club Members and add the data to their Member Profile. In the case of a minor, add the data of their Parent or Legal Guardian.
If you fail to provide the required data, the POSweb application will display an error when trying to print the Member's Contract.
How to issue the card and collect the necessary signatures?
1. Go to the POSweb and open the Reception Panel.
2. Take a photo of the club member.
3. Print out the member card together with the Contract and Terms and Conditions that should be connected to a given Payment plan assigned to the club member. Go to this article in case of any doubts on how to do it.
If the club member is a minor, only a Parent or Legal Guardian can sign the Contract on their behalf. If not represented by a Parent or Legal Guardian, they cannot be issued a card until the agreement has been signed.
