Introduction
When adding multiple members to a Company, it may happen that some of these members' accounts will detach and lose their relation. This article explains how to manually re-assign such members to the given Company.
- This article explains how to assign Related Users to a given Company in the PGM.
- It will be helpful to PG Champion, Club Manager, Sales Manager and Club Owner.
Before you start
Make sure you have SystemManCompanyWarehouseShowRelatedUser permission selected for your role.
Instruction
1. Go to the PGM -> Sales -> Companies.
2. Select the company you want to add related users to from the list of companies.
3. Click on the three dots icon at the end of the row.
4. Click on the Show Related Users button.
5. You will be redirected to the Related Users tab.
6. In the search box under Assign new related user, enter the name of the User you want to assign to a given Company.
7. Click on the Assign button.
You can also switch to the Company info tab, which enables you to edit a given company details.
