Introduction
The corporate offer allows you to create payment plans for companies that want to provide your club’s services to their employees. This option helps you diversify your sales and offer special prices for companies. There are three configuration options available in Perfect Gym, so you can choose the one that suits you best.

Corporate offer in PGM
-
Hybrid Offer
The Hybrid offer allows you to split the membership fee between two payers, such as a company and its employee. You can specify how much each party pays using Membership fee parts during the payment plan configuration. They can be set as a percentage or a fixed amount. Commonly, the company’s portion is automatically charged via credit card or direct debit, while the employee’s portion is settled at the reception, during their club visit. For Hybrid payment plans, invoicing works as it does for individual customers, with two invoices issued - one for the company (generated automatically) and one for the user (generated manually). Company Offer
The Company Offer enables companies to cover the entire membership fee for their employees. This option requires creating a special company account in the system and setting up invoice conditions, such as the payment due date. This option allows you to create multiple payment plans for each company, allowing employees to choose the most suitable one. A collective invoice, listing all members assigned to a particular company, will be issued and sent to the company's contact person. The company pays the invoice via bank transfer, and it must be manually marked as paid in the system to settle all included transactions. The system issues collective invoices automatically and stores them under the corporate invoices tab in PGM. It includes all members using a company’s offer and is manually sent to the company’s contact person.

B2B Portal
The B2B Portal subscription works with the Company Offer but has some differences. Only one payment plan can be created per company, so all employees will share the same contract. This option allows companies to manage their employees’ accounts independently, reducing the workload for club employees. Each company using the B2B Portal will have an administrator responsible for creating accounts, handling cancellations, and adding freezes. The system issues collective invoices automatically and stores them under the corporate invoices tab in PGM. It includes all members using a company’s offer and is manually sent to the company’s contact person. The invoice is marked as paid once the payment is received, updating the balance for all included members. Learn more.
Managing Members
Managing members differs across the three corporate offer types:
- Hybrid - in this option, managing members is similar to individual users. Here, the payment method is set to invoice and linked to the company’s profile. Access control is based on conditions assigned to individual members.
- Company Offer - this option requires adding the company to the system and creating a special offer. Members are assigned to the company by selecting the invoice as the payment method. Access control is based on conditions dedicated to corporate members, enabling entry even if payments are not settled.
- B2B Portal - this option requires adding the company to the system and creating a special offer. Additionally, members are managed through the B2B Portal by the company's administrator, who handles account creation, edits, freezes, and cancellations.
Useful Reports & Automation rules
You can use similar automation rules for corporate clients as you do for individual clients, such as notifying them when contracts are accepted. You can personalize communication with corporate clients by using Conditions within Automation Rules. However, there are specific events designed specifically for corporate offers.
- Corporate account has been created,
- Corporate password reset has been requested,
- Corporate invoice has been requested.
You can generate reports in PGM to monitor corporate members' status, payment plans, or personal details. Here are some examples:
- New Contracts - use this report if you want to monitor the number of new contracts signed within a specific time period and club. It includes company name a, payment plan type, payment source, join date, start date, and end date.
- Membership Statistics - use this report if you want to analyze the overall number of company members, including contract statuses, membership information, and visit frequency within a specific period. You can identify members assigned to a company in the Company Name column.
- Visits in Club - use this report to track members' visits. You can generate lists of members assigned to specific companies, along with their visit frequency, entrance start time, end time, and duration.
