Introduction
Assigning POSweb application to a computer in your club is a one-time event which takes place during the first login only. It involves assigning the appropriate POS station to the club where the station is located. This is very important, because all data related to fiscal payments made on this station will be documented in reports. This will allow to check the daily revenue on a particular cash register, or record events that were performed on the POSweb station.

Before you start
Before you start selecting a club in the POSweb application, make sure that the Device Integrator service, which is necessary for the operation of this application, is installed on your computer. You have to be familiar with the article How to install Device Integrator.
Instruction
1. Open the browser on your computer and type the URL http://yourcompanyname.perfectgym.com/posweb, where yourcompanyname is equal to the name that you have provided to the Implementation Manager.
2. Enter your Login and Password and click on the Log in button.
3. New window will be displayed. Select the club the POSweb station is located in and assign a name to the POSweb station.
POSweb station names will be visible in sales reports. Make sure they are understandable. Usually, these are names like - WarsawReception1, Bar, Reception1.
4. Click on Ok and resume the login process.
Having logged in, the main screen of the POSweb application will be displayed.
To log in to the POSweb, you have to grant your employee an access to it. First, your employee's account has to be created in the PerfectGym system. Next, you have to assign their account to the employee profile. Otherwise, the POSweb will not allow the login and will return an error stating "Access denied".
Hints
To change the club linked to your POSweb station, a reset of the DeviceIntegrator and removal of the configuration file from your computer are necessary. For support, contact your PG Champion or the PG Technical Support Team.
