Introduction
We have introduced some changes to the Perfect Gym products. Read this document and familiarize yourself with the newest features and changes including:
- API v2 Endpoints
- Member Profile in PGM
- Debt Collection

API v2
We have added missing endpoints from APIv1 to cover the necessary functionalities in API v2.
Mind that API v1 will be switched off by July 2022. All customers using it need to switch to API v2. Go here for more information.
New endpoints:
- /v2/Contracts/AssignPaymentSource - possibility to assign payment source to Contract.
- /v2/odata/ContractDiscountDefinitions - list of configured discount types.
Modified endpoints:
- /v2/Contracts/SimulateNewContract/ - possibility to simulate a contract with any discount and voucher.
- /v2/contracts/AddContract and v2/contracts/AddContractMember - possibility to add Contract with a discount and made the paymentSourceId parameter not obligatory.
- /v2/odata/Contracts({id}) and /v2/odata/Contracts - provide additional information if a contract is main or additional.

/v2/CreditCards/PayWithRedirect - possibility to initiate both online gate payment process (one-time payment) and credit card payment with tokenization.
Perfect Gym Manager
Debt Collection
We have extended the Debt Collection module in the PGM with the new capabilities. The debt Collection module allows you to streamline your collection process of overdue receivables by automatic: charging fees, cancelling contracts, blocking access to the club, adding tags and many more. Personal Training Reports
We have refreshed Personal Training reports with a new-generation user interface and back end engine. Do not worry, we did not make any changes to the report logic. We have updated reports PT Details and PT Booking. Click here to read more about these reports.
Classes
- We have added addition of days of the week to the Zone Availability Schedule to enable single day cancellations, i.e. in case of public holidays. See this article for more information.
- Max hours to book in advance rule has been added in Class types. See this article to learn more.
Automation Center
- Product has been sold Automation Centre Rule has a new tag - QR user code.
- We have allowed members with limited Access rules, to be able to make a Booking using a Product.
Member Profile

Contract tiles
We’ve made the Contract tiles more informative, so that you can see the Contract's type, limitations and additional relationships with other system features straight away. To see the changes, log into the PGM system and open any member's Profile.

Payment day
Now, you are able to choose a specific day of the month, on which the recurring payment for the contract will be done. If you choose the 31st, for the shorter months the last day will be taken into account. For more information, go to this article and search under Recurring payment day.

Contract cancellation for contracts with auto-renew
Thanks to this improvement, you are able to cancel a contract which renews automatically. The Contract cancellation button is visible all the time; however, you need to have a given system permission to use it. Check this article to get more information on this feature.

Renamed ContractDiscountTypes
Contract discounts now have more user-friendly names, for a better understanding of the offer and more intuitive use.

Overpayment visibility
Now, the overpayment is displayed not only in the Transactions tab in Member profile, but also in the Health-check tile on the main page.

E-payments Tab
We have added a new e-payments tab that replaces the old Online Gate tab in the Member Profile. This new tab lists all electronic operations (successful and failed): Credit Card registrations, payment gateway attempts, Credit Card and Direct Debit recurring payments. Online payment request
You are able to quickly send an ad-hoc email or SMS that contains a payment gateway link with outstanding contract transactions to your club member. You can find more about it here.

Credit Card registration request
You're able to quickly send an ad-hoc email that contains a Credit Card registration link for your club member. It is useful when gym contract does not have an active payment method. You can find more about it here.

Refund requests
Now, you’re able to see the refund requests lists and create new refund requests. Moreover, refund labels got a new, fresh look. Go here for more information.
Client Portal
Packet elements - Family connection flow
Now you’re able to select a specific Payment Plan (or few) to show in the Friends and family tab in the process of new family member registration. The purpose of the functionality is to avoid multiple payments for the family members' contracts. You can find the Payment Plans definitions in this article.
Courses in Client Portal
We have made the Self assessment Questionnaire available on the Client Portal. Go to this article to learn how to Create or edit assessment questionnaire. Also, we have made the Skills progression visible for parents to see their child's progress.

Perfect Gym GO2 Mobile App
This change will be available soon, together with the upcoming PG GO2 release.
Profile - Remove your account
PG GO2 mobile app users will be able to use the Removing account feature in the mobile app. It will be available from their Profile tab. With this feature, you can only remove the account from the mobile app, not from the PGM database.
