Week 27 - 01.07.2025
Multi-Club selection enabled for product price increase
We changed the selection from a single club to multiple clubs during the Product Price Update in Support Tools. With this enhancement, users can select more than one club and load all related products for the selected clubs. For example, if a user wants to update the price in four clubs, they can select the same product or service four times and update the prices in bulk. Read more
Save contract documents from Automation Centre notifications to Member Profiles
Clubs can now configure the system to automatically save contract documents generated from Automation Centre notifications as attachments on member profiles. This functionality works even if no signed contract agreement exists and operates independently of Automation Centre rules. Read more
iOS app & Client Portal accessibility updates – Phase 1 of WCAG 2.2
During this release, we are implementing updates to align our iOS mobile app and Client Portal with WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards, ensuring an inclusive user experience for individuals with disabilities. Read more
Improved contract discounts view in PGM
We have improved the contract discounts view, which now allows users to check contract discounts available only in the clubs they are assigned to. This can be found in PGM under Sale → Contract Discounts where users add or edit discounts. A detailed explanation of these views is available in a dedicated article. Read more
Improved PGM Migration Tools: bulk user updates without automation disruptions
We have enhanced the PGM Migration Tools to minimize operational disruptions during bulk user updates. Your critical Automation Centre rules will now continue to run for all users not included in the migration file, ensuring your automated processes are not interrupted. Read more

New options for managing Success+ payments in GoCardless
Within GoCardless integration, we added cancellation of Success+ mechanism when user's debt is paid on the reception or with a different payment method. Additionally, you can choose now, how to treat members with payments processed via Success+ for better debt management in your club. Read more.
Week 25 - 17.06.2025
Default start page updated to Club Members List in Perfect Gym Manager
We've updated the default start page in Perfect Gym Manager to the Club Members list, as we've noticed it's the most frequently used page. We hope this small adjustment makes your daily tasks a bit easier. This change will not affect companies that have already set a custom start page. Each employee can select his own preferred start page in PGM user preferences.

New Automation Event: User Tag Added
We added a new event called "User Tag added" (AutomationEventAccountUserTagsAdded) to send automated notifications if a new user tag was added. Read more.
Minor bug fixes
We fixed a small bug not allowing to change the payment method if the original payment method was cash.

Support Tool update: Identify members with shared payment methods
We introduced new payment source search tool in Support Tool. Now, you can easily check payment sources assigned to the member, both credit cards and direct debit details. Read more.
New system permissions for Support Tools visibility
Support Tools has now their own permissions, so you can enable only one from all of the tools to defined system role. Read more.
