Introduction
In the POSweb application, Front Desk Staff can manage client's accounts. After a successful purchase made via the Client Portal or in POSweb, all products are visible in the products tab on the client's profile.
- This article will show you how to give out products bought by guests or members in POSweb or Client Portal.
- This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Front Desk Staff, and Club Manager.
Before you start
- Product should be properly configured in PGM - store state for the user should be ticked in product setting.
- Product should be already bought by the client and should be visible on the client profile in products tab in POSWeb.
Instruction
How to give out a product using POS?
1. Go to the POSweb -> Choose Client Profile -> Products (paper bag icon).
2. Click on the button which shows the quantity of a given product.
In this case, it`s 1/1 pieces.
3. After clicking on the tab it will extend. Here, you can adjust the quantity of the product, that will be given out.
4. Click on the blue Give out button, and the selected amount of product will be deducted from the customer's account.
