Introduction
We have made some changes and improvements to the Perfect Gym software. In the release R.87, we have focused on the club member experience, streamlining of the club operations and the system reliability. Also, this release contains a lot of minor changes and tweaks.

Client Portal
Our Client Portal app has received a series of improvements that help in empowering your members and improve their experience.
- ReCaptcha verification is an additional mechanism to avoid bot operations. This validation is based on the setting configuration. Also, mind that the captcha validation will be shown only when the Google algorithm decides it will not disturb most of users.
- We have also made class booking and product purchase in the Shop tab in Client Portal more convenient and intuitive for club members. Now, a user who already has an account in Client Portal, can make several different class-, facility- or Personal Training session bookings at the same time and pay for it with one transaction only. Member Profile in PGM
Mind that the R.87 system version does not allow entering the deprecated version of the Member Profile. Here, you can learn more about the current version of the Member Profile
Data tab - Contract agreements and User agreements
- Both Contract agreements and User agreements are now displaying under one tab: Member Profile -> Data -> Agreements. Go to this article to learn more.
- You can add Payment Plan to a selected Contract agreement. You can select one, several or even all Payment Plans at once. Read this article for more information.
- When registering in Client Portal, you will be able to choose the registration step in which the Contract agreements and User agreements will be displayed. It means that now you can decide when the user will be able to see and accept all agreements at once. Read this article for more information.
Communication tab - Newsletters
- We have added information on every Newsletter manually sent to your club members to the Communication tab, so that the information of Automatic notifications and manually sent Newsletters has been finally gathered in one place. Read more here.
- Also, while sending out manual email notifications, you can specify from which email address you’d like the communication to be sent.
Contracts tab - Club transfer update
- We have added two more Club transfer types: Standard and Continuation. It is to give more flexibility to the member management. Read more here.
- Together with the new types of transfer, there is also a possibility to edit, delete and update the Club Transfer.
Facility Booking
We have implemented an improvement that would allow speeding up and simplifying your daily operations. Now, you can generate and send a facility booking confirmation letter to a club member, which can be generated in the PGM for a given member in a specified date range. PerfectGym GO Mobile Application
If your club offers Family Memberships we have great news for you. From now, you can offer a native class booking experience for parents in the PG GO app. Family booking feature allows class booking for a linked family member, i.e. for a club member's child, directly from the mobile app. Details
Reports
POS Transaction Log report has been changed to present the data in a better way. Now, the new column with Receipt ID is available. See this article for more information.
Payment Providers & Payment Source
Payrix (formerly IntegraPay) update
To reduce Enumeration Attacks, we have implemented 3DS2 protocol for Payrix payment provider in the AP Region. It is designed to reduce fraud, increase customer security and reduce merchant liability to chargebacks.
GoCardless update
- As a result of the Billing Requests API, we have implemented instant payments. Thanks to that, the first payment, i.e. Joining fee, can be collected instantly and yet your clients can purchase products and services much qicker using Client Portal.
- Perfect Gym supports Success+ which uses payment intelligence to manage and reduce payment failures. Recover, on average, 70% of failed See this article for more information.
- We handled late failure process thanks to what we eliminate potential differences between PG and GoCardless. Your reception staff will have less issues to work on regarding failed payments.
- To increase customer satisfaction and improve receptions efficiency, since R87 mandate status is visible in the PGM and Client Portal:
- In the payment source tab, next to DD details.
- In the e-payment tab.
- Payment methods tab in Client Portal.

Card tokenization for Elavon terminal
To make the credit cards details collection more convenient, since R87 after the first card payment, system will give you an opportunity to save the token of card for further recurring payments via Espago.
API
To give your developers more freedom in building the custom apps, the new API methods has been added:
- /v2/MemberAuth/GenerateResetPasswordTokenUsingMemberId - new API method to update member password, which uses member ID as a parameter. Thanks to this, even when two accounts are linked to a single email address, you can specify which of the accounts should receive a new password. Read the API documentation to learn more.
- /v2/Members/UpdateMemberDetails - we’ve added a PATCH method, which lets you update selected user’s data, without refreshing all the fields in the form.
